Day 1

Our bus and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi. If your hotel is outside the pick-up area, please meet at the Hanoi Opera House at 07:45 AM. Depart for Tuan Chau Harbor.

Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor. Check in aboard the Royal Palace Cruise and receive a warm welcome from our professional and friendly crew.

Check into your cabin and enjoy a specially prepared lunch while cruising through the most beautiful areas of Ha Long Bay, where thousands of spectacular limestone islands rise from the emerald waters. Sailing along a peaceful route, you will fully appreciate the legendary beauty of the bay in a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

Continue cruising through the highlights of Ha Long Bay. This is the perfect time to relax after lunch, enjoy your privacy, and capture stunning photos of the magnificent scenery.

Transfer by tender boat to Titop Island. Hike to the summit for a breathtaking panoramic view of Ha Long Bay.

Child Policy
Children policies:
- A group with 2 adults and 1 child: the child under 5 years old is FOC, sharing a bed with parents.
- A group with 2 adults & children: One child under 5 years old is FOC, the other children under 5 years old are charged at 75% based on adult rate, sharing a bed with parents.
- Children from 5 to under 9 years old are charged at 75% based on adult rate, sharing a bed with parents.
- Children from 9 years old are charged at 100% based on adult rates, sharing a bed with parents.
- 100% adult ticket will be charged for 2nd child
Notes and Other Policy:
- Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels, and operating conditions. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be canceled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund.
- In case of bad weather (the boat is not allowed to push off or not allowed to overnight in the sea), please choose of the below options: 1- Staying at the hotel (first night in Halong bay – 4* superior) – Tour cost is not changed. (hotel expense will be covered by the organizing company). 2- Back to Hanoi on the first day – Tour cost is charged as one of Halong bay one day trip.
- All rates are in US$ per person.
- In case guests require shuttle bus, please note that pick up time will be around 7.45am to 8.30am. After 8.30am, guests are advised to arrange their own car to Halong bay
- Our boarding time is between 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm at NO.26 TUAN CHAU PORT, TUAN CHAU ISLAND. After 12:45 pm, guests are considered as No-show and pay 100% penalty tour charge
- Kindly provide us full guest’s passport information at least 02 days before cruise departure. Any cases of late or wrong information provided may lead to the delay or even the rejection of the guest check-in
- Meals on board are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood menu… Guests should advise of vegetarian or allergic foods at least one (1) day prior to the cruise date. Alternity foods will be prepared
- Surcharge 10usd/ pax if the travel date is on Lunar New Year period
- Tourists should bring sneakers, lotion, shadow glasses, swimsuits, hats throughout the cruise Halong bay Tours package to ensure your health. Special visitors should be followed the tour guide’s arrangement and rules of the landscape.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy for deposited Tours:
- If you cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded
- If you are a “no-show” on the morning of the trip, for whatever reason, you will lose your deposit
Cancellation policy for full charged Tours:
- Up to 48 hours before the start of the activity: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: no refund
- Flight delayed, food poisoning, getting sick unable to attend tour. Under those circumstances, we agree to reschedule your start date with an additional charge of 50% of the total tour cost
- The refund is done using the same payment method. In the event of credit cards which are charged monthly, the amount shall be credited at the end of the current invoicing period. The exact time of the refund depends on the user’s credit card agreement. The refund by bank transfer shall be done within seven bank working days.
