🗺 The Itinerary
Morning:
At 7:30 AM, our tour guides will pick you up from your hotel for an exciting journey to Can Gio, famously known as Monkey Island.
Upon arrival, you'll venture into the mangrove forest, home to over 1,000 monkeys. Get up close and personal with these playful creatures as you feed them and capture memorable photos with monkeys perched on your shoulders. Follow this with a short walk to the crocodile area, where local efforts have conserved numerous massive crocodiles since the time of the "American war." Here, you even have the option to try "crocodile fishing."
The adventure continues with a speed boat ride to the "Sac" guerrilla camp, nestled deep in the jungle. Today, this camp stands as a significant tourist attraction, providing a unique experience and insights into jungle life during the war.
After the morning activities, it's time to relish a Vietnamese-style lunch at a local restaurant. Following your meal, you'll have free time to explore a local seafood market, brimming with various fresh seafood options, including octopus, lobster, and ray, along with an array of dried goods.
