PP18 - 4D3N Golf in Ho Chi Minh transferred by Limousine

ITINERARY:

DAY 1: Arrive in Saigon

You will be met upon arrival by our guide. Private limousine transfer to hotel located in the city centre. Enjoy nighlife in Saigon.
Overnight at hotel in Saigon

DAY 2:   Golf at Tan Son Nhat Golf Club (Breakfast)
Pick up at the hotel lobby. Drive to the Tan Son Nhat Golf club and Tee-off and enjoy a round of 18 hole golf. After the game, you will be transferred back to the hotel by limousine.
Overnight at hotel in Saigon city.

DAY 3:   Golf at Long Thanh Golf Club (Breakfast)

After having breakfast at hotel, you will be driven in Dong Nai (60km – 1,5 hrs)by limousin van. Experience a round of golf at one of the most scenic golf club in Southern Vietnam. After the game, you will be transferred back to the hotel.
Overnight at hotel in Saigon city.

DAY 4:    Golf at Twin Doves Golf Club & Airport Transfer (Breakfast)

After having breakfast at hotel, you will be driven in Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong Province (50km – 1hr 15 mins).playing a round of 18 hole golf. Then, we transfer to the airport to catch your afternoon flight to next destination. End of service.

Price based on DBL/TWN/TRP sharing (Rate in USD Per Pax)

Child Policy:
Child under 04 years old sharing with 02 adults without bed: FOC
Child under 12 years old sharing with 02 adults without extra bed: 50% of adult fare
Child under 12 years old sharing with 02 adults with extra bed: 75% of adult fare
Child under 12 years old sharing with 01 adult: 90% of adult fare

The tour includes:

– Green, caddie and shared cart (02 rounds of 18 hole) / week-day
– 03 night stay in Saigon
– Complimentary mineral water 2bottles/1pax/1game
– English speaking tour guide

– Daily breakfast at hotel served at hotels

The tour excludes:

– Visa to Vietnam (must obtain before traveling)
– Weekend surcharges for green and caddie fees
– Surcharges for National Holidays, New Year or Xmas
– Daily personal expenses
– Personal medical and travel insurances
– Tip and gratuities to caddies, drivers…etc

CANCELLATION POLICY:

What CAN be Refunded:

• Some tours may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. The affected traveler will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances.
• Please note that the product substitute chosen by the traveler may be more expensive than the original product and therefore may be subject to an additional cost.
• Any additional refunds based on extenuating circumstances will depend on the individual tour operator.

What CANNOT be Refunded:

• All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.
• No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
• Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable for tours when airfare is included in the final price.
• Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products (admission tickets, city passes, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.

Our cancellation Policy:

30 or More Days – 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded (Deduct Domestic Airfare as it is completely non-refundable)

16 – 29 Days Prior to Departure Date – 75% of total purchase amount can be refunded (Deduct Domestic Airfare as it is completely non-refundable)

07 – 15 Days Prior to Departure Date – 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded (Deduct Domestic Airfare as it is completely non-refundable)

0 – 06 Days Prior to Departure Date – Non-refundable

• Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your Cancellation Request via email and travel service start date.
• If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 6 days, we will not change a traveler’s departure date and will not offer a refund.
• All cancellations must be made directly with Vietnam Adventure Tours
• In most cases, reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveler’s check/cashier’s check will be refunded via PayPal. FOR REFUNDS PROCESSED BY PAYPAL WITH ANY ASSOCIATED FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE OVERALL REFUND AMOUNT.
